We are so delighted that you have taken this opportunity to learn about our esteemed organization. Our chapter marks the 985th chapter established by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®. Since our chartering on March 8, 2015, we have made a resounding mark of distinction in the communities we serve through our endless service to all mankind.
As a premier, professional, forward-thinking service organization, special attention is placed on individuals and organizations with the greatest need to ensure that the impact felt within the Greater Frisco community is profound. We realize that for whom much is given much is required. The purpose of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority is to cultivate and encourage high scholastic and ethical standards, to promote unity and friendship among college women, to study and help alleviate problems concerning girls and women in order to improve their social stature, to maintain a progressive interest in college life, and to be of service to all mankind.
MISSION
Our mission is to create positive change by building a stronger far northwest Dallas community by providing forward thinking services concerning youth, leadership, health, economics, social justice, and human rights.
SERVICE
We serve the neighborhoods in and around Denton, Frisco, Little Elm, Prosper, and The Colony. Our membership is dedicated to the education, development, and success of these communities.
